Download troubles

Q. I ordered a downloadable product. Where do I download the file?

A. You will be sent a secure link via email. Click on the link in the email message to download your file.


Q. I haven't received my download link via email!

A. Be sure to check your junk mail / deleted items folder in your email application. Frequently, commercial emails will get automatically discarded.


Q. I want to make a purchase but don't have time to download right away. Is that okay?

A. This is not recommended, since the download links will expire within 24 hours. If you have purchased a product and didn't manage to get your download done, please contact us via the form on the contact page.


Q. I'm experiencing audio glitches on mp3 tracks from The Way My Story Goes. How can I correct this?

A. It was discovered after several months that several tracks from the mp3 version of this album had audio problems. These included many of the songs from track 14 ("How to Catch a Wife") onwards. We have since replaced these on the site. If you purchased an early version of the album on mp3, or one of the affected individual song downloads, please send us a note, and we'll give you a new download link for your product. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that these problems are not present on the CD version.
